At Moomoo Pet, we strive to ensure that our customers receive high-quality products. However, we understand that issues may arise. Please review our return and refund policy below:

No Returns or Refunds for Non-Defective Products

 

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that are not defective. Please carefully review your order before making a purchase.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately before opening the product.

We will not accept returns or refunds if the product has been opened.

To process a refund, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect and contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.

Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to courier handling, do not accept the package. If you accept the package, we will not be able to assist further.

If you refuse delivery due to visible damage, please inform us immediately so we can follow up with the courier service.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 days.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 30 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

 

No Exchanges for Food Products

 

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we do not allow exchanges for any pet food products.

 

General Exchange Terms

Exchanges are only allowed for defective products and must follow the same process outlined under the defective item policy.
